How do I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail from us shortly after you place your order letting you know we received it and we are getting your order ready. You will receive another e-mail with your tracking information when your order ships.
Where is my order?
Your order will ship within 4 business days of placing your order. If you would like information before the 4 business days you can contact us at support@theholidaymarket.com. If it is after the 4 business days, or after the order has left our facility, you will need to contact the carriers customer service for assistance.
What size am I?
Sizing for each listing will be at the end of the photos for the listing! All items run true to size unless stated otherwise! Our T-Shirts and Crewnecks are preshrunk and unisex for a cozy fit.
How do I care for my apparel?
Please wash all apparel inside out on cold and air dry. For boutique clothing you must check the individual tag for best care instruction! We are not responsible for incorrect washing.
Are the stickers waterproof?
All stickers are 100% water, sun, and scratch proof, carwash safe, and dishwasher safe. Just be conscious not to scrub when washing any water bottles!
What method do you use to Ship orders?
We ship via UPS ground service and USPS from Omaha, NE. UPS requires a street address; a post office box is not sufficient.
What is the time frame to ship an order?
Our orders ship within four business days.
Where do you ship to?
We ship within the continental U.S. only.
Can I pick up my order if I am local?
