Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped within 4 BUSINESS days* from the date your order was placed. After that you can check tracking on your email confirmation. Orders are shipped UPS or USPS. Usually, UPS will ring your doorbell then leave the package in a sheltered area. USPS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits, or put it by your door. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact the shipping carrier so they can best serve you. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order please contact us within 24 hours. It will be too late after the 24 hours to change the order so please triple check your sizes and addresses!
If your order says "delivered" by carrier there is nothing The Holiday Market can do to help you. You must work directly with the shipping carrier for customer service.
If you are local and would like to pick your order up, we do offer a pick-up option. Pick up is at our store 1401 Silver Street, Ashland, NE. Times are Monday-Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturdays 10am to 4pm.
