Tomato Jam -8 oz jar

My grandmother Walsh was a farm wife and a grand champion canner. Tomato jam was one of the specialties she made to use as a glaze for roasts. I use her exact recipe to make our Tomato Jam today and recommend it for meatballs. Add one jar of Tomato Jam to one pound of frozen meatballs and simmer in a crock-pot on low till done.
